RECYCLED PACKAGING Whenever possible EcoMeme reuses shipping boxes from received merchandise. When you receive your products from us, pass it on, reuse it or please recycle! When reuse is not possible we source boxes and packaging materials that are made from 100% post consumer waste materials or recyclables that keep our carbon footprint small. OVERSIZED PRODUCTS Some items we ship are heavier or larger than usual and our cost to ship these is greater than standard rates. A surcharge for these bulkier items is added to the standard shipping rates at time of checkout. SHIPPING OPTIONS We use UPS to ship our products, and ship within the continental US. Orders for merchandise that is “in-stock”, and placed before 3 pm EST or EDT, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day, orders received after 3 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 3 pm on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order and another email when your product is shipped, along with a tracking number, so you’ll always know where your package is at any time. For ordering by telephone call our customer service department at 770-ECO-MEME (770-326-6363), 11 am till 5 pm, 7 days a week. For on-line orders just follow this simple process: You can search for items using keywords, or shop by category from the drop down list on the left side of the site. Some of our featured or favorite products can be seen in unique photographic settings. As you roll your mouse over the photos, special products will highlight and allow you click directly and get additional product information and pricing. At this product page you choose color, size and quantities, then click “add to cart”. By adding a product to the cart this does not commit you to buying it, but simply sets it aside for you to be able to add additional items. Prior to purchasing your products, review your cart, if needed you may add, delete or modify any of your choices. To begin the checkout process, click on “checkout”, located on the upper right-hand on every page on our site, or at the bottom of the check out page. This will take you to a page where you tell us where to send the order and how you would like to pay for your items. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or America Express. You will also find an area to redeem your coupons or gift certificates. The processing of your information is quick and secure. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order and another email when your product is shipped, along with a tracking number, so you’ll always know where your package is at any time. While your user name, which is your email address and your password are unique to you and may not be changed, you may add, modify or delete shipping and billing addresses through these secure pages. If you forget your password, this can only be sent to your email address for you to securely retrieve. GIFT BOXES When sending gifts you may choose to have your items put in gift boxes these are available for an additional cost of $5.00. We do not charge additional for multiple items in a single box. OUR GUARANTEE If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your merchandise and we will take it back for an exchange or refund of the product cost minus shipping charges. Opened items that are not in original packaging or have a broken seal on inner packaging, cannot be returned. Customized merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect. CANCELLING AN ORDER To cancel an order of a backordered item, please contact us at 770-326-6363. Please note that some backordered items may ship prior to the date stated in the shopping cart. We cannot cancel an order for any item after the package has been picked up for shipping. HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE You will first need to obtain an RMA number. Contact a customer service representative by calling 770-ECO-MEME or via our contact form: http://www.ecomeme.com/contact.asp . Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days from date of receipt.
