Q: Why does my box have another company’s name on it?

A: Whenever possible, EcoMeme reuses shipping boxes from received merchandise.  When you receive your products from us,pass it on, reuse it or please recycle! When reuse is not possible we source boxes and packaging materials that are made from 100% post consumer waste materials or recyclables that keep our carbon footprint small.

Q: How soon will my order ship?

A: Orders for merchandise that is “in-stock”, and placed before 3 pm EST or EDT, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 3 pm on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday,will be shipped the following Monday.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order and another email when your product is shipped, along with a tracking number, so you’ll always know where your package is at any time. You may also check your order status at www.ecomeme.com/orderstatus.asp.

Q: Can I return merchandise?

A: You will first need to obtain an RMA number. Simply call 770-ECO-MEME or contact us via our online form: http://www.ecomeme.com/contact.asp . Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days from date of receipt. Merchandise will be exchanged or refunded for the product cost minus shipping charges. Opened items that are not in original packaging or have a broken seal on inner packaging cannot be returned. Customized merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect.
